Individual Lessons and Birthday Parties are currently £30 per hour and must be paid when booked. Payments by Credit or Debit card can be taken over the telephone when the booking is made.

Cancellations:
Off-road vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase (or if you are buying early for a birthday gift we will start the 6 months from the actual birthday. Christmas vouchers are valid until the end of June).

on board training agree to provide off-road lessons subject to availability and mutually agreed booking times and also reserve the right to change any lesson time or date booked if unforeseen circumstances dictate the need to do so. All bookings for off-road must be made directly with the office by telephone. Instructors cannot take off-road bookings. We cannot guarantee that a student will have the same instructor for each off-road lesson.

Should you require to cancel or re-schedule an appointment at Hamilton for any reason, 5 clear days notice must be given or a loss of fee will be incurred regardless of the reason. Failure to give appropriate notice will result in loss of fee unless our office is able to fill the appointment at short notice with another student. As our instructors' time is pre-booked we regret we are unable to refund or re-schedule in the event that you do not give the required notice or if any kind of illness or accident prevents your attendance. We are unable to make any exceptions for illness as the instructors time is booked when you make your appointment. Failure to keep an appointment without any prior notification will automatically result in loss of fee.

We do not mind if you wish to transfer your lesson/s to another person but once purchased, we are unable to redeem gift vouchers for cash. Off-road vouchers may be transferred for use on road (hour for hour, not cash amount and not including taster sessions) but will only be redeemable against lessons for mock or practical tests. Transfer will only be made if all of your course has been taken with an on board training approved instructor. (Minimum 25 hours and above) You and your instructor may be asked to verify your lesson dates.

We reserve the right to refuse instruction to any person who may turn up for an appointment under the influence of alcohol, drugs or not in a fit state to drive. No refund or re-schedule will be available in this instance. Our off-road bookings are on a tight time budget so if a student arrives up to 15 minutes late for an appointment it is possible the lesson may be forfeited. Instructors are also unable to make the time up if you are late as their next student will be waiting for the following timeslot.

Should we require to re-arrange your booking for any reason we will do this as soon as possible with your new booking getting priority in our booking system.

School & Youth Group Sessions are priced on an individual basis and require to be paid before the sessions start and cannot be cancelled once the booking is confirmed to on board training. These sessions can be paid by cheque or BACS.
